We came for Dickens on Main weekend with my parents and our two children, and we could not have been in a better location. Shopping, restaurants, and the river walk are all in walking distant. The kitchen is small but has everything. Very nice stacked washer and dryer. Shower were renovated, roomy with great shower heads The one bed we slept in was very comfortable. Porches outside and the outside grounds around the house could use a little TLC. We sat outside in the mornings drinking coffee and watched the deers. Boerne is a great place to get away. This little house did not disappoint us. However, there were a few things that I did not love. The toilet and sink in the main bath would gurgle and sounded like they could erupt at any time- I was super worried about this. There was a lizard in the shower which totally creeped me out. The refrigerator had birthday sprinkles on the main shelf which made me feel like the rest of the place was not cleaned either.
