"The hotel itself was very nice and good location. Very walkable area. Didnt appreciate the "destination fees" added to bill when checking out. This forces you to eat at the hotel restaurant or forfeit your money allocated daily for these fees. Also, room was immaculate and cleaned first day/night but not afterwards. We understand staff shortages."

"All the staff were very friendly. Stay was for a birthday and a complimentary charcuterie board and bottle of wine was left in our room that day. Room overlooked the riverwalk and the bed was very comfortable. Ambler restaurant had great food and cocktails. Rooftop pool area could use a good refresh though. Many of the cushions had stains on them. Overall a great experience."

"The only issues was the elevator there is only one and very slow even stopped working the first night after coming back from long day sightseeing not fun to walk 4 flights of stairs. "

"The doors were noisy when closing. One morning the groundskeeper was running a leaf blower at 6 am outside our bedroom window. During checking we were very tired from the flight and were hit up with high pressure sales personnel trying to sell us a time-share ; an insult to a long day of travel. "
