Just a short drive anywhere (The Pearl, Riverwalk, etc.), so a good location for venturing out. ##### David L. I will say the shower in the laundry room is not the greatest shower head and didnt drain well. There is no ice maker in the fridge, so get some sonic ice or ice at HEB. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood right next to the Botanical Garden. It was almost eerily quiet at night - great for sleeping for us and for our young one. Neighborhood borders a very nice area but this city block is a bit rough. Overall the place is as promoted.
