Charming house in a great location. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. We enjoyed our stay and Brent was extremely responsive when we had a slight problem with the AC. He sent Jose over immediately to fix the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was amazing and very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, in a very quiet neighborhood. Every room is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. There were plenty of towels, including for the hot tub. We highly recommend this home for a family or friends stay..

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome, very clean, roomy enough for all of us, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub worked great, the air conditioning kept the house cool in the Texas heat, and the beds were cozy after long days. There was plenty of parking, and we loved the location. It was convenient and easy to get where we needed to go, just a couple of minutes to the Riverwalk and about 15 minutes from Six Flags. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic home. We had a party of 9 that consisted of 2 families. The teens had their own bedrooms and hangout space. There were enough bathrooms for the adults to have their own and the teens have their own. The renovation is stylish and the use of natural materials adds warmth. The location was perfect for downtown adventurers as well as easy access to the freeways for travel to new braunfels or San Marcos. Highly recommend this home. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

Beautiful home

We drove in from GA for my nephew’s Air Force graduation. We had 11 people inside of 2 vans. There was ample parking behind the house, a security gate and number code to enter the house. Once inside, it felt like home. It was clean, open and had a piano that the young kids loved testing their skills on during the entire trip. The rooms were a nice size. The master bedroom was my favorite because it had an adjoining room, which is where my kids slept. The master bathroom shower was huge too. I could’ve stayed in there all day. I would definitely book this house again. Whenever I had a question, Brent would respond timely. Thank you for hosting us at your house

Short but very pleasant stay

Only there for 2 days. We would have stayed longer if our trip was longer. The house was a lovely residence and perfect for our large group. The inside of the house was furnished nicely, the rooms were large and spacious. The large front porch with the swing was my favorite spot even though I didn't get to utilize it much due to our tight schedule. We were able to use the grill in the backyard and the older boys jumped into the hot tub for about 15 minutes before we left for Aquatic World. Brent was a wonderful host and was easy to get in touch with for the 1 or 2 minor questions that we had. It was a great stay, and I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great!

I rented the home for myself, son and several of his soccer teammates as they needed somewhere to stay in advance of training camp at Trinity University. The location is close to campus and everything else you could need (food, services, etc). The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of rooms and sleeping options and lots of room to just hang out. We didn't use the jacuzzi given the heat of summer, but a nice feature if you want it. Great that is has 3 parking spaces in the back. From booking to check-in to check-out, Brent great to deal with and super responsive to communication. Since we stayed for nearly 2 weeks, I wanted to get the house cleaned during our stay and he and his team (thanks Hector!) made that happen for us. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Brent.

Great spot, in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown. Very comfortable and pretty house. We did run into a brief issue with the air conditioning, but the host responded very quickly and had someone out to fix in within minutes.

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our group attending the Final 4. It was a short drive/uber walk to the River Walk and Alamodome. Brent was a very responsive host as well.
