Room was horrible. One of the walls was moldy. Restroom was nasty. Toilet had a brown rim around it. No trash bags in the room. Had to go ask the front desk trash bags. We booked a room with a king size bed and got a queen bed. When I told the front desk they told me that was their biggest bed but they are advising as king. A/c was a window house unit. Will never stay at a residence in again.

I had to sleep in the lobby because the AC unit in my room wasn’t working. It was so hot in there. I felt like a sauna and when I asked the front desk about getting a refund or getting some assistance with this, they told me their boss wasn’t coming until Monday since it was Labor Day weekend and I’ve been trying to call the property on and off no one ever answers and I just want my money back I only booked here because I needed something last minute and I think this is probably the worst place. I’ve stayed in the only thing good about the room is that the bathroom is somewhat renovated, but it stunk like armpit. Everything was old in the building only has one elevator and it’s a size of a closet I’d only recommend staying here if you’re literally only going to just leave your bags there and leave and be out most of the night and may come back for an hour or two other than that, I would not spend my entire day in this room. I didn’t even get to sleep in my room. I can’t believe I had to sleep in the hotel lobby.

DO NOT BOOK! Dirty moldy smell as soon as you exit the elevators on the first floor. Dirty Pool, Dirty Spa, Dirty doors! Our 2 bedroom suite DID NOT have central air. They put 3 window units in. Bugs were able to get in under the cracks of the windows. ZERO PRIVACY because the curtains are long and if you close them you wouldn’t get any air. The kitchen was dirty, dishwasher was exposed from under the cabinet. The sink was filthy, old rusty,crusty fixtures. We had to bleach the refrigerator because it had a dirty moldy smell. We came to visit our airman for Labor Day weekend and didnt want to ruin it complaining but never ever agin would I stay here!

We booked a two queen bed suite and we arrived at the hotel at 10 PM. They said they were sold out and were not the first person they had to tell that too. There was a glitch in the system. It was a total nightmare. We had no power at the house, which is why we needed a room and we end up having to go back to the house and sweat our butts off.

The hotel was just fine. staff very nice but the rooms no good. they gave us a room in third floor, the microwave was broken, there was cockroaches in the bathroom, we killed 2 of them ourselves. I requested to be moved to another room and we've move to the 4th floor. It was decent but I couldn't sleep thinking of cockroaches. I was there just for one night but I will never go back

Do not stay at this hotel unless you know for sure your room will have air conditioning! When we first arrived, they did not have the type of room we reserved. Then, they gave us two rooms, where one was 80 degrees!! The other throughout the night got up to about 77!! It was HOT!! To say our experience was horrible is an understatement!! Zoe and Christine definitely did their best do accommodate us and the issues we experienced. Drew (one of the managers) but said he was only over maintenance, and he was so rude when I called. Then at the end, he just hung up. Hemo, the other manager never showed up when he said he would. It’s just obvious, do not rent a room out if they don’t have adequate air conditioning during a Texas summer!

The staff was helpful and kind especially the laundry service. However, the wall had dust clinging to the entirety of the wall above the bed. Some corner in the hallway had wallpaper coming up. Lightbulbs were out in the front entrance parking lot. Hobo was in parking lot laid out. When I looked out my window in the courtyard there were a couple of grocery store carts. Upon walking to my room I saw trash in the hallway. My room was clean but old and needed updating. The bathtub was old and had wear from rust that seemed to be painted or lacquered over with ceramic paint of some sort. Overall the entire hotel needs a complete renovation and updating. The coffee and eggs were terrible and partially burned but the waffles were great.

this is a non smoking please but the smell of mariaguana was super strong and they did nothing about it. The phone to ask for help does not work and they did nothing about it, I called because I forgot very expensive glasses and their phone was always busy. The ice machine was not working some things are broken in the hotel and nothing is done.. one more thing they do not clean your room while you are there. Also the day of check out at 830 they were telling us that we needed to check out when check out is at 12 pm...

The hotel was adequate. The breakfast was okay. The room was far from the elevator. The pool could use some work. It was a little unnerving because security was always looking at you, made you feel as though you were a suspect. I liked that it is right off the highway and not far from a Crisby Kreme store where you can see donuts made. Would I stay again? Not sure. Probably only if I have to. The nightly rate was good.

Starting with the check in, that went well. The employees were very welcoming, helpful and polite, making check in a breeze and comfortable. The room was nice, clean and very roomy. Only downfall was the TVs were outdated so no streaming services were provided(Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) just regular cable. Also the room did not have central air(A/C) they had loud noisy window units that couldn’t sustain cooling such a big space. Having it been a Marriott I feel things Iike that should be updated and the room should have been off limits due to the non working AC in this hot Texas weather.

My review is not just for the hotel but for hotels.com. Hotels. com cancelled my booking and when I got there I didn't have a room. The staff was wonderful enough to help us and offer 2 rooms instead of the 1 I booked. The hotel staffed made it a better stay but hotels.com tried to ruin it. As of 6/19/26 I have not heard back from hotels.com as to getting my money back because I was charged twice.

1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. Sorry to the staff ; I know yall are doing the best you can .
