Our home is perfect for families looking to spend quality time together and comes with a Fully stocked kitchen with all amenities provided to make your stay as comfortable as home. PERFECT for BMT families coming for graduation, and families vacationing to surrounding attractions. We are in the heart of everything, less then a 20 minute drive to any major attraction; 6 min to LACKLAND, 6Mi to SEAWORLD, 15mi to RIVERWALK/ALAMO, 15mi to FIESTA/MED District. 1 hour to Fredericksburg(Wine Country)  
  
The home was made to feel as comfortable as possible with a large open layout for family gatherings and entertaining. Family can be spread out between kitchen, dining room, and living room and still feel all together. You can enjoy the large dining table with seating for 6 as well as 2 counter seats overlooking the cozy living room with a large comfortable sectional sofa with plenty of seating and large 55" HD LED SMART TV, with Streaming PLUTO TV and access to all YOUR smart TV APPs (NETFLIX, eTc) , and full home WIFI.  
  
There is a BONUS ROOM LOFT upstairs with a trundle bed  
(2 twin mattresses) that can fit 2 adult guests or 2 smaller guests, a game table which includes; foosball, ping pong, pool table and hockey. The master suite is on the second floor along with a tub and shower and large walk in closet. Guest bedrooms both have comfortable queen beds and the loft area is on second floor as well as a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  
  
Our check in process is extremely simple. The house is all automatic entry and you are given a key code to enter home and to disarm security alarm.   
  
Backyard Amenities;  
 Large concrete patio that holds a large 4 person table and chairs as well as a charcoal grill with grill tools provided.(You must bring your own charcoal)  
  
We are aware families will be staying here and kids may also accompany them so we have made some child proof additions to our home along with some toys and games. All outlets are covered and we provide a pack n play with a set of sheets for your child.   
  
We have a two car garage with a double spaced driveway and street parking available .

March 25 - April 9 (Saturday and Sunday Only)  
April 15 - October 15 (Open Season, 6 days a week swim)  
  
Hours of Operation, weather permitting\*:  
Wednesday - Monday: 8:00 a.m., to 9:00 p.m.,  
Tuesday - Closed for cleaning  
\*The pool must be closed if there is thunder and/or lightning within the vicinity.  
  
If a national holiday falls on Monday, the pool will be closed for cleaning the following Tuesday. Your pool access device will not grant access outside of the above-outlined times, unless otherwise notified by a member of the Board of Directors.  
  
\*Restrictions may change\*  
  
Mesa Creek Board of Directors may close any amenity or suspend any user's use of amenities if rules are violated. At the guidance of the government and local authorities, the amenities may also be closed if conditions change regarding the COVID-19 community spread.  
  
\*\*Pool and playground can be found on other side of the block.

#### Great place for a family

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our son was graduating from the Air Force BMT, so we decided to stay an entire week and make a vacation out of the trip. The house is only about 10 minutes from Lackland, which was ideal and it was large enough for my wife and our five other children. The owner (Erica) is a great communicator. She was very helpful and even let us order groceries to be delivered to the house before we arrived (as we arrived Christmas Eve night - most of the stores were closed the next day). She even had her cleaning crew put the food away for us! A great place and great service! Would stay there again!

Had trouble getting in took close to 2 hours to get in touch with the host. The couch needed to be replaced and the host let us know that they got a new one while we were there overall I would stay at this house again

The door was ajar and alarm was not set when we arrived. I did a very nervous walk through of the home to make sure it was empty when the owners told me it was probably just the cleaners who had forgotten to close up.

#### Thanksgiving Vacation

Everything was good, clean except for leaking in kitchen. And there was ceiling cut open I guess because of leakage from bathroom upstairs.
