The home has everything and is extremely large with room for everyone to have their own space as well as a gathering spot in or outside. Best part is the location which is a block or so from the Riverwalk and the Pearl District so you can walk / run along the river or go to dinner, or get groceries or find a happy hour. This townhouse was outstanding. Clean, well appointed with lots of attention to detail. The check-in process was super easy. Communication with River City Hosting was great. The place is very comfortable. The location is great! A 5 minute walk to the Pearl District with lots of bars, shopping, restaurants. Great weekend in SA for the first round of Trinity Univ Football D3 Playoffs. The team beat Hardin Simmons to advance to Rd 2 in Chicago. Our Family of 5 were extremely comfortable in the Modern Townhome. We prepared an early Thankgiving meal in the well appointed Kitchen and had 5 Football Player gobble thru Turkey & Dressing and all the trimmings. This home is woderfully located to Trinity, The Pearl and Downtown. The Host & Team were wonderful, responsive and accomodating w our last minute change in plans due to Football re-schedule.
