"Friendly available happy staff. Walking distance to everything. Rooms spacious clean plenty of ventilation windows w views and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast, drinks and dinner snacks and also late night food available until 12 am for purchase in hotel. Large lobby with plenty of seating. Outdoor Rooftop pool as well as indoor pool available as well. Close to music venues. Aztec theatre."

"Do not stay here! I was appalled at how poor their customer service was at this hotel. I had no hot water which turns out the property has known about for a while yet they don’t disclose this to you at checkin then they lie about how it is going to be fixed. Check other reviews about these same issues I wish I had before I booked. Stained sheets, outlets don’t work right in bathroom, smells like cigarettes and weed in hallways, lobby, and rooms, dog hair in the coffee cups, expired food at the buffet, window shades broken, and zero room amenities. Staff do not care to fix issues. They have pre-printed stickers with the managers contact info on it to give you to send your complaints to so I assume complaints are a very common occurrence. The apology from the customer relations person after I left a zero rating was pathetic to say the least. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere. The Holiday Inn Express across the street was amazing!"

"I stayed here to go to a friend’s wedding and I had a great time. The hotel was very nice. It is only a two or three minute walk to the main business area of the Riverwalk. The staff was very friendly and the valet service was quick and efficient. The only things that could be improved was the ventilation fan in my bathroom did not work very well and the freezer needed to be thawed out. Other than that, the hotel is great. I unfortunately did not have time to make use of the amenities."

"The property is located central to everything we wanted to take advantage of. For example, the Majestic and the Aztec theaters are within one block of the hotel. Easy access to the riverwalk and the on-site restaurant and bar were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"the staff had great attention to detail and very courteous. we came back to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the hotel we married at 26 years later, and the hotel did not disappoint. ambassador room overlooking the riverwalk. cant say enough how great the hotel looks after returning."

"The room was a different room from what i booked originally. They put me in a room that had wet carpet, probably by the AC leak, where the unit was installed under the window. Due to the wet carpet and closed room, the whole room stinks like you entered a public toilet. This was complained to the hotel and they did nothing about it except saying that they will let the management know. Parking is definitely a chaos. They have a daily extra fee of $17 that seemed totally unnecessary with the kind of experience I got. Parking per day is an additional $36. Overall, the experience was horrible and this hotel does not deserve the price that they charge for their rooms. Also, the call center gave me different information and the front desk had a different information. Not staying here next time and definitely dont recommend. Stay away from here, find a better place for the amount you pay."
