"The hotel is awesome but all the street construction, many pedestrians, and the one way streets around the Alamo, Riverwalk, and hotel makes getting to the valet parking confusing and difficult. Once you figure it out it’s okay, but you’ll be going in circles trying to figure it out. Valet parking guys are awesome."

"It was our first time at the property and my family absolutely LOVED the experience. We had a lot of friends recommend that we summer vacation with JW Marriott HC as opposed to flying to a summer vacation. We were very impressed and our kids had a blast. Activities were great, staff was incredible, convenience factor was awesome, I spoke with Daisy a manager there (I didn't request a manager, I just got lucky that she picked up the phone) and was super sweet and accommodated us incredibly well. The one thing that was a bit surprising was the price of food and beverages. I completely understand that it is a JW Marriott with a partnership, but it was a bit of a surprise to us (Full transparency). BUT we loved our stay, and we will definitely be coming back!"
