Yard needed mowed, there were multiple stray cats at an abandoned house next door. And neighborhood was a little sketchy. Stairs are steep and slick. Highly recommend wearing shoes to walk up and down them. We had one of our kids slip and fall as well as my wife. And she ended up with bruises on her side and up her arm from trying to catch herself. Now, with all of that being said. The neighborhood ended up being ok, the cats next door were an issue but would leave you alone if you came outside. Hot tub and fire pit were a nice addition. You can tell that this unit has been recently remodeled and they had everything we needed. Had a slight issue with the front door lock to get in with our given code, but the owner took quick action and had us in shortly after that. All in all we would stay again.
