Very professional and experienced staff. I watched and listened to the front desk clerk dealing with a customer at checkout. who was making a big display about an error made his company's agent. Hilton Honor protocol was followed to the letter by the desk clerk and the issue was resolved respectfully by the clerk. Some businesses travelers do more damage to their business by the way they conduct themselves. The desk clerk made Hilton look good by his professional conduct with a difficult person. Thank you for the wonderful stay we had you are awesome.

Clean room. 3 pools is a bit of a stretch. Small kids pool, small main pool that was usually crowded and a lap pool. We lounged in lap pool as it was empty and was able to play water volleyball. Dinner at restaurant was great. Servers were very nice and informative about menu.

Staff were excellent. Check in time seems late and even at that had to wait another 30 minutes for my room to be ready. I know it is the digital age but missed having a pen and paper in the room and seemed challenging even when I asked the front desk staff. That said, everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
