House was dirty, found sand in beds, one bed had crusty stains on the sheets. Fridge was sticky and gross. We spent 3 hours cleaning the bedding before it was clean enough to sleep in the beds. Landscaping is over grown so side walks were covered an unusable. I have used many vrbo like 20-25 and this was by far the grossest rental I have ever rented. I suggest finding another property to rent. This place was worse than motel 6. So disappointed. Host still charged the cleaning fee. Absolutely un acceptable, even gave them an opertunity to make it right...they did nothing. TRASH
