From the moment i booked to the moment i left it was smooth sailing. All messages were promptly responded too. The house was clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. And everything we needed for our stay was there. We went down for my sons graduation from boot camp and all our expectations were exceeded. Definitely highly recommend staying here! The house was a good size. Cleanliness was not great, bathrooms needed a deep clean, there were no products to use like said, wasn’t a problem but what was there were used items. Would have been great to have more towels, 6 of us had to share 3 towels. Overall it wasn’t terrible especially since we just stayed one night but if we were there longer more eye to detail would have been appreciated. All the exterior lights were either burnt out or had no light build in them. We got in late and couldn’t see anything cause of the lights. The house also didn’t look like it had been cleaned before we got there. Everything was very basic for the price. If you’re planning on staying here you should pretty much bring everything with you as it’s all old and very well used. The kitchen was more basic than a college dorm kitchen. Barely any kitchen utensils to cook or eat with. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and looked like they hadn’t been taken to the curb in months. The small was bringing in bugs and wildlife to eat out of them. If you are shorted then 5’6 this house is prefect for you as everything is very low in the house. The plus I have though for the house was they do accommodate for dogs which is nice but the backyard isn’t secure so you need to keep the dogs on a leash when outside or they will get out. ##### Amber C. Everything was exactly as advertised and the back yard was an extension to the pleasure once our grandsons came over and saw the playground. Seaworld was only about 10 minutes away which was convenient. Will definitely stay again if going back to San Antonio. The only con for me was the bed was to firm for my liking. The property was about 20 minutes away & within the perimeter for graduates to visit while on town pass. Also close to other sight seeing locations. The neighborhood was quiet, house exactly as advertised and host responded quickly. Very spacious for a family of 4\. Plenty of close options for gas, eating out, or a local grocery store. Had to go back home. Came back the next day. The neighbor dogs were not friendly. The yard was way overgrown. When I went to use the shower rag it was so full of dirt. Looked like it was used to mop a floor. I used a blanket off another bed. When I put it over me it smelled like urine. Lots of light bulbs out. No way I’d rent again. ##### Josh G. Lawn was in horrible condition. Entered the home to find it was somewhat clean but all beds were roll away beds. Not comfortable at all. Unable to use the backyard d/t high grass/weeds. Had planned on spending time outside had the yard been as advertised. Garage door didn't function. Had to park my high end vehicle outside. Washer/dryer not connected. Front lights not working. Person listed as POC no longer worked for company. Finally received call from property management 3 days later. Offered 2 night refund and email to verify. Never heard back from them. Only 15 minutes possibly more depending on traffic from base. Stores and restaurants fairly close by. The house was very clean. Sleeps at least 9 people if you include the comfy couch. 4 beds. Beds are extremely comfortable!!! Nice backyard for kids with swing set. Fenced in. No stairs at all in the house or outside the house. Owner stayed in touch all along the way.
