Nestled in Northwest San Antonio, our home is less than a mile from SeaWorld, making it easy to take breaks, enjoy home-cooked meals, and rest between adventures—all while saving on dining and lodging costs!

We’ve also proudly hosted hundreds of BMT families. If you're celebrating a BMT graduation, our home offers a warm, welcoming environment for your airman to relax and reconnect.

Parking Note: Our garage is currently unavailable, but our spacious driveway can accommodate 3–4 vehicles. ***NOTE*** The neighborhood does not allow street parking, and vehicles parked curbside on the street will be towed. Parking in community overflow parking is NOT allowed either without a permit. Please park in our driveway only.

Host was very kind and responsive. Goes out of his way to make sure to communicate the details and assure an easy stay. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Smelled amazing the second we walked in! The kitchen was well stocked with the utensils one would expect and more. Coffee machine worked great. We very much enjoyed our visit!

Nice kid friendly place

Nice base location for exploring San Antonio and Seaworld. Park next door was nice for the kids and some stuff in the house for them as well. Our only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom was way too soft for my wife and I (backs were killing us the first night) so had to sleep in the kids room, but kids enjoyed getting to sleep in a different room every night then.

Grrat stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! We visited San Antonio to watch our son compete in the National Collegiate Shooting Championship, and the location was perfect—just a 10-15 minute drive to the range, depending on traffic. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group of six. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate BMT graduation. Plenty of space for our family and new Airman to hang out and relax. The house was pristine and had everything we needed. Easy drive to both Lackland and downtown.

Very nice home in San Antonio. Close to Sea World and about 20 minutes to Six Flags or the Riverwalk. Quiet neighborhood, which was nice and relaxing. Well kept house, easy communication with the host. Great place for families with neighborhood park next door.

Home away from home

This home was cozy and comfortable. Mr Carlos is very prompt with any issues or concerns. Short trip down to see my son graduate BMT. Park right next to the house the kids played at. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is def it! Very conveniently located. Lackland was less than 15 minutes away.

Great family time

My daughter loved the park next door, and the house had plenty of room for us to play inside as well. Neighbors were very friendly and there were several kids for my daughter to play with at the park. Convenient access to SeaWorld as well. Neighborhood loses one star for loud tailpipes at late/early hours and graffiti on the park play equipment.

The inside of the house is super homey. Reminds me of something out of Better Homes and Gardens. Carlos was awesome communicating with. Definitely recommend, especially if you're are there for BMT Graduation. House is located approximately 15 minutes from the Air Force Base

We had 4 adults staying at the house. The house was clean and quaint. The neighborhood seemed crowded/congested. My wife wished they had softer pillows for the beds. She went to WALMART and bought a pillow. The primary bedroom could use stronger lighting. It is dark. Overall, we had a good experience.
