Mr Carlos is very prompt with any issues or concerns. Short trip down to see my son graduate BMT. Park right next to the house the kids played at. Neighbors were very friendly and there were several kids for my daughter to play with at the park. Convenient access to SeaWorld as well. The house was clean and quaint. The neighborhood seemed crowded/congested. My wife wished they had softer pillows for the beds. She went to WALMART and bought a pillow.
