We stayed here for the proximity to both Schlitterbahn water park & San Antonio. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable, check out process was a breeze! We recommend.

Terrible experience

We planned a trip to San Antonio to visit family and friends and decided to try a rental using VRBO. When we arrived at the house we noticed broken blinds through the front window which did not make a great first impression. When we opened the front door I could immediately see the kitchen window had a horizontal crack, when I went up to photograph the damage I seen dried food stuck to the floor in front of the stove, my wife inspected the bathroom and bedrooms and witnessed stained linen along with live and dead bugs on the floor of the bedroom. I also noticed the furnace filter closet was partially open, when I opened it I seen dirt dust and hair around the filter, after inspection of the filter it was dirty and water soaked. This house was damaged and filthy and needs repair before ever being listed again. I immediately asked for a full refund of 803.50 however, I was only given a partial payment of 639.03. I asked both VRBO and the renter for a full refund but am being told by the renter that Is up to VRBO to refund the full amount and by VRBO it’s up to the renter to refund the full payment. Renter beware!
