The house was really nice and well maintained. There was everything that we needed and everything was clean and laid out in a great way. The little touches to the house were awesome, and it made the stay even more special. There was letterbox to write letters to Santa that the kids loved, and there was a waffle bar with everything needed to make waffles for the kids. The extra special touches that Jessica and Travis added to this house made it feel very much like our home away from home. We had two very minor incidents that could have in no way been predicted or prevented. Both were acts of nature, etc. They were available via texting and had a solution to both issues within 30 mins.
