Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
My experience with this hotel was terrible. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures advertised. My first impression was already very negative when I walked in. All the lights in the lobby were off, and there was an unpleasant smell. Once we got to the room, it looked like the furniture had been put together from random pieces picked up off the street. The A/C was constantly making a loud knocking sound, which made the room even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my wife actually got stuck in the bathroom because the door had swollen from what appeared to be water damage. This hotel was definitely not what I expected based on the pictures and description. I didn't even stay the night. About an hour after arriving, I found another place to stay and left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The condition of the property and the room was completely unacceptable, and my experience was nothing like what was advertised.
