"Weve stayed in other hotels backwards and forwards to Scotland for last 10 year but for this trip to somerset we booked Holiday inn and it knocks spots on all other hotel weve stayed in, cleanliness, good size rooms shower was amazing and throughly enjoyed the breakfasts, will definitely use Holiday inns in future "

"Lovely hotel full of character just over the road from the station. Big rooms have high ceilings . The bedroom was large and had a comfortable bed and a lovely big shower Breakfast was really tasty , Staff were very helpful I'm looking forward to my next visit ."

If you’re looking for somewhere in Weston-super-Mare that feels like a home from home, The Richmond is the place to be. It’s in a fantastic location, with plenty of amenities and great places to eat within comfortable walking distance. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth by the owner. His friendly nature and extensive local knowledge made my three-night stay even more enjoyable, with plenty of great suggestions for things to do and see. Breakfast each morning was perfect – spot on, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared and served, they couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was just right. On my last day, I had the pleasure of meeting the owners mother and her close friend, and we enjoyed a lovely conversation about the importance of good food and service – something The Richmond clearly understands and delivers.
