"Great location and parking with restaurants and shopping close by. Staff members were absolutely marvelous. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked us in. He was the most polite and welcoming person I’ve EVER encountered during checkin. My wife and I travel very often and he really stood out. I can’t find any faults during our stay. Wonderful breakfast and so quiet that we joked that we were the only people in the hotel but we weren’t. This is our new hotel for our frequent Houston trips. Maybe we’ll create a trip just to come back here. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND "

"There is absolutely nothing in the room. No shampoo, no conditioner, no bath gel. Only a thin bar of soap. It has a kitchen but has no utensils, no cups, no bowls, nothing. It is absolutely a room that is un-sanitized. It should be put out of business."

"This hotel poses a serious health risk and should not be permitted to operate in its current condition. I urge Harris County to intervene immediately. The property is infested with cockroaches, as evidenced by the attached photo, and there is a pervasive urine odor throughout the premises. Additionally, the staff’s conduct is unprofessional and discourteous. It is deeply concerning that HotelsDotCom continues to list this establishment."
