What an amazing hotel! Staff were incredible, from the reception staff, dining staff, cleaning staff they made sure we were well looked after, special mention for how well our room was cleaned and tidied during our stay. Facilities were the absolute best, pools were amazing. Will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived until the time we left,Roland was the perfect host.The service from every member of staff was excellent-efficient but also friendly.The food was first class but there are also numerous cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk.The location on the lake was perfect.We could not fault the hotel in any way.

We were blown away by the service, resort facilities, environment, food, room, attention to detail, everything at this resort and would have no hesitation in returning - we loved our 7 days there

We liked our room, location (close to train station), and breakfast. Unfortunately no left luggage facility. We had to leave our bags in the hotel lobby.

Great location at walking distance from the town centre, and short drive to the lakes.

A very comfortable hotel managed by caring owners.Only wish they had more vegetarian choice for dinner.

Really spacious suite, with amazing wrap around balcony. Amazing stay right in the heart of it all in Salzburg. Would definitely stay again, if we came back to Salzburg.

Ulrike, who manages Front of House, was absolutely superb. She provided one of the best welcomes I have enjoyed in a hotel for a long time.

Red roses,champagne,duvet folded in shape of heart with rose petals arranged around it...unexpected for our wedding anniversary. View from our window was of river, castle, and old town. Perfect room in everyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful in everyway. Could not fault hotel in anyway. Best hotel we have ever stayed in on our travels over the years

We love this hotel for many reasons: location is perfect, the warmth and kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the size of the rooms and bathroom, wonderful extra touches, fantastic restaurant. It is the embodiment of old world, elegant charm.

Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

Staff are very friendly and helpful, location is perfect for downhill biking and skiing. Magnificent views of the Alps. Great location.
