The place was very nice and the staff was very helpful - lined up airport shuttles for us. Centrally located so everything in Krakow was easily walkable. Would easily recommend this location to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Although the solo rooms look small in the photos, they are quite big and comfortable. The hotel is well-kept, has very helpful staff and offers a great breakfast. It's also well-located, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Be aware that if you don't book your room with breakfast included, it will be an extra €32, which is too steep a price for what is on offering.

Amazing location, perfect for the buses to and from the airport and wonderful access to local evening meal restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Room was beautiful, fresh, modern and new. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The location on Mirabellplatz was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. The bed was nice and firm, and the hotel was fairly well soundproofed. The hotel breakfast seemed very overpriced to us, especially since there were good, reasonably priced options nearby. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, we would recommend the hotel, and we would stay there again if we were ever back in Salzburg.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance 5-15 minutes walking distance of all major sights & shopping & restaurants. The hotel building and room extremely clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. Front desk and breakfast staff extremely friendly & efficient. The only downside was the room location was located at street in front of busy and noisy bus stop. Only noticeable while windows open. Also we were on the first floor above the restaurant so the sound of moving chairs at night was constant until around 23:00. We would stay here again and just request a room on a higher floor on the other side.

Great location! Staff was helpful and nice. There was plenty of staff which was great. Some places have minimal staff which can be frustrating checking in/out, asking questions, etc. They were well staffed. Shout out to Julia. She went above and beyond to help me with a few things. She took initiative, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She’s an asset to the hotel for sure!

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We arrived early and they were able to check us in right away. The location is very central and convenient. The rooms had just been renovated and were beautiful. The hotel was under construction but it did not bother us.

Beautifully updated hotel in a great location, right across the street from the Mirabell gardens. Our suite was quiet, roomy, comfortable and tastefully renovated with upscale finishes. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options and attentive service. Overall, really enjoyable experience, would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful hotel, located across from the Mirabell Palace and centrally located within a short walk to all of the major Salzburg attractions. This was our second time staying there and we would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone travelling to Salzburg for business or pleasure. Staff is very helpful and friendly, parking in a public garage (at a discounted rate) is convenient and there are loads of shops and restaurants nearby (hotel also has an excellent in-house restaurant as well). There is public transportation across from the hotel, and the main railroad station is about a 15 minute walk, should you need to go anywhere outside of Salzburg by train. All in all, a great hotel at an affordable rate, considering its location in a major tourist destination.
