The location was great because it was in front of the beach. The area has a lot of activities and options for food. The breakfast was simple but good. The hotel has not been updated or maintained. The balcony and lounging areas shown in the pictures were not usable and closed. Because the area is popular for night activities the music was playing VERY LOUD most of the night (well past 2:00 AM). The staff were not rude but exerted minimal effort (with the exemption of ONE member of the front desk whom I encountered briefly). The other 3 front desk members I would give a 2-3 on a scale of 10. If you are focused on partying, like loud music and want a low rate this is the place for you.

Não há elevador. O hotel (q é como uma pousada) fica literalmente em cima de um botequim, ponto de jogo de bicho e outras coisas. É gritaria e bebedeira a noite toda, impossível dormir nos quartos com janelas pera a rua. Essa região específica (perto da escultura da sereia) está abandonada pelo governo. Não recomendo o local em hipótese alguma!

Para quem espera se hospedar a 2 min da praia é uma ótima opção porém a praia de Itapuã é bem animada nas madrugadas então como a propriedade não possui isolamento acústico para quem tem dificuldade em dormir com ruído, melhor escolher outro local. Todos os funcionários atencios e prestativos. O hotel é uma pousada então lá desfrutamos do básico que é o indispensável instalações limpas e conservadas. Não há elevadores então preparem-se para se exercitar subindo dois lances de escadas. Pelo custo benefício foi agradável. Só não gostei que na entrada, calçada, quando chegamos tivemos que passar por inúmeras mesas e cadeiras pois o bar da parte térrea adotou a calçada do hotel como extensão do bar. Antes de retornarmos conhecemos o trabalho da massaterapeuta que fica na recepção, excelente profissional.

O quarto era diferente das fotos da divulgação do hotel, o quarto não tem janela, o banheiro é encostado a copa, não tivemos privacidade e os colaboradores faziam barulhos a partir das 5 horas(não culpo eles, mas incomoda muito), Esse quarto deveria não ser mais disponibilizado, além de ter percevejos na cama e travesseiros, tivemos picadas de percevejos, tinha muitas formigas espalhadas no quarto e banheiro, no banheiro apareceu uma largata estranha no vaso sanitário, no banheiro o box alagou.Infelizmente não recomendo. na copa a partir d
