Foi, sem dúvida, a pior experiência que já tive em um hotel. O anúncio informa que o hotel possui estacionamento, mas, ao chegar, fui surpreendida com a cobrança de uma taxa de R$ 20,00 para utilizar o estacionamento do próprio estabelecimento. Essa informação não é apresentada de forma clara ao consumidor. O atendimento é ainda pior que a estrutura. Sempre que eu buscava esclarecimentos, alguns funcionários debochavam e zombavam de mim, demonstrando total falta de profissionalismo e respeito. Em um dos episódios mais graves, uma funcionária tentou me intimidar para que eu apagasse um vídeo que gravei mostrando as péssimas condições do quarto que estavam me oferecendo. A situação dos quartos é simplesmente absurda. O primeiro estava com o banheiro entupido. No segundo, o quarto alagava durante a noite. O terceiro tinha um forte cheiro de mofo, tornando impossível permanecer no ambiente. Já o quarto que finalmente me ofereceram tinha o chuveiro pingando constantemente, demonstrando mais uma vez a completa falta de manutenção. O hotel aparenta estar completamente abandonado, sem estrutura mínima para receber hóspedes. Falta manutenção, conservação e, principalmente, respeito com quem paga para se hospedar. Em vez de encontrar descanso, passei por constrangimentos, descaso e problemas do início ao fim da estadia. Não recomendo este hotel em hipótese alguma. A propaganda não condiz com a realidade, as instalações são precárias e o atendimento foi um dos piores que já recebi.

Hotel apresentou um barulho terrível no teto , simplicidade consu portável, tive que procurar a recepção para uma alternativa e fui colocado em um quarto no subsolo onde nao tive condições de permanecer, passei a noite em claro e no dia seguinte tive que procurar outro lugar para me hospedar pois o hotel nao me apresentou alternativa e tive dois gastos .
