Older property in an unwalkable part of the city. Restaurant was horrible. Conference center was very strange. You have to use an elevator to get there making 600 guests difficult to manage.

Great staff at front desk . We had to change room due Channel Globo was working room 605 ,then Tatiane check another room 1305 ..everything was ok .Also Kaliane & Carol very nice . Thank you

We stayed at Fiesta millions times ..and we love there ,but this time lack of services ( staff in frigo bar belong to previous guests ,hand towel only one ,we requested a envelope ..they didnt have it at recepcetion ,loudddddddddd music at pool .

My room 605 needs to fix the curtain rod , black dust By the curtain, the towels, rugs in the bathroom are old, on the balcony there was no furniture, There were no paintings or decorations on the walls, not body lotion, no wastebasket, no coffee machine in the room. No air conditioner at front desk area . Hudson at front desk was very gentleman, tapioca lady was great and good breakfast. Game room needs to change all chair cover and put good smell.

The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't leave the soap bar for me to use all three days - when they cleaned the room each day they would take away the partially used one and I would have been fine using that bar the full three days. Loved the pool.

Bahia best little secret
I had a very good time, the staff was very friendly and spoke English. There was enough things to do without leaving the hotel, swimming, game room, sauna, and free drinks at the pool. Walmart was close by to get everything you needed.

The hotel is worth its value however it is run down the common areas don’t have ventilation therefore there’s a lot of mosquitoes. The housekeepers do make the stay pleasant because they keep the rooms very clean. Although I must complain that the power went out in 3 occasions two days in a row.

Maybe not again
Room was small, shower head was filthy, water smelled, brushed my teeth with water from the minibar and was charged for the water. Nice patio but outside light didn’t work, no English channels on tv, usually I find one or two, but very limited channels to choose from. I great area with a lot of shopping near and great local food. Restaurant in hotel is decent but overpriced I would choose a different hotel next time but I’m the same area
