Beautiful property. Very good staff. Good location. Comfortable rooms and beds. I was surprised that hot infusions were not complementary in the room. This is very common in properties of this quality. The rest was ok.

Excellent choice!
Very nice, well-located property. Comfortable but not fancy, clean and offering all services. Staff was especially helpful and friendly. Recommend highly.

Nice hotel in the center of Salta City. Professional & friendly staff, comfortable rooms neat & bright with a nice view. Rooftop was not open nor available to public.

Breakfast tool way too long. There's scheduled time slots but no one seemed to control it. Hotel restaurant was packed and it took a very long time to get coffee and some toasts. Also an electrical wall plug was broken with wires coming out. Called the lobby but they said they didn't have anyone to check it out. Was a afraid one of the kids touched the wires.

The Staff were first rate and hotel modern and comfortable with good amenities especially the pool and roof top bar but the breakfast was very disappointing, poor choices, and tinned fruit - given the location!

Pros: Located right downtown. Good breakfast comes with room. Very friendly staff. Cons: No AC! Ended up sweating in bed and not able to sleep. Was told they don't turn it on until it's hotter than that

Great new hotel in the centre of Salta with a wonderful rooftop bar/ cafe offering amazing views of the surrounding hills. Underground parking (chargeable) was an added bonus and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

Pleasant stay
Newer hotel walking distance from centro. Comfortable room and beds, nice pool. Breakfast could be improved. Friendly service.

So new that is still incomplete
Hotel is brand new, to such an extent that gym is not open, a lot of construction still going on, noise, dust, terrible Wifi, bar is not serviceable, restaurant is limited, credit card contracts still pending, etc etc. Nice place but still a long way to go.

Agradecidos de su preferencia en Salta. El horario de check out es el habitual en la hotelería en general, aunque siempre tiene la chance de contratar el servicio de Late check out hasta las 18 hs. El desayuno es buffet con variedad de frutas, fiambres, pastelería propia, huevo revuelto; además de todo lo habitual a un desayuno común. Esperamos contarlo pronto de regreso entre nuestros huéspedes.

Gracias por su comentario. Muchos huéspedes en Carnaval optan por usar nuestro estacionamiento opcional con cargo extra y completamos los espacios. Aun así, siempre recomendamos una cochera enfrente de las mismas características cuando esto sucede. Los esperamos de regreso siempre.

Excelente hotel aunque muy ruidoso
El hotel es excelente, y el servicio mas aun! Lo unico que no me gusto fue que esta en una zona muy ruidosa y se escucha muco el movimiento en los pasillo. Lamentablemente si tenes sueño ligero, el descanso no es optimo. El resto fue todo excelente

Recomendable para alojamiento de familia y trabajo
El establecimiento está muy bien ubicado. Cómodo, limpio, y una atención esmerada por parte de todo su personal. Recomiendo por precio y calidad. La piscina si bien no es muy grande, le faltaría mantención y productos. Lugar acogedor.
