You will need a car to get around, you can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well Only 20 minutes from skiing/snowboarding at Snowbird and Alta, and direct access to Bell Canyon Gully. 20 Minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and 45 Minutes to Park City. This is a 2 unit house. This listing is unit 2, the owners live in unit 1\. They are completely separate from each other and have different entrances. \-Ski's are not included with the rental Rules: 1\. Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood, this area has a very high fire risk. 2\. NO PETS allowed of any kind 3\. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am, please be mindful of noise for the owners living upstairs. 4\. Guest limit is 6 guests, and no parties are allowed. 5\. Do not tamper with or remove any smoke alarms 6\. Must be 21 to book Fire-pit rules- 1\. Do not throw anything into fire pit 2\. Do not put anything flammable near the fire pit- this is a very dry, high fire risk area 4\. Cover 30 minutes after turning off. It’ll melt the cover and you will be charged for the damage. 5\.
