"We have never stayed at Crystal Inn prior to our stay last night. We found the staff to be amazingly kind and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The shower was awesome. We did not use the amenities, but there were quite a few people who were . It has location, location, location. We would definitely stay there again."

"The breakfast was fine. I would like to see something different on the breakfast, not sure what but it would be nice to see different from other hotels. I know that more protien options are difficult but that is a good start. Parking was good. Your staff was nice and helpful"

"Great value for the stay with the suite (sitting area separate from bedroom). The suite was near the elevators and ice machine, so yes, it was noisey. But the bedroom with the door shut made for sleeping without noise from the hallway. The parking is an additional $20/vehicle, which was a surprise, and I do not think they tell you that. Overall, clean, comfortable, and conveniently situated downtown. "

"The hotel itself was pretty nice however, I had some very foul mouth neighbors that kept me up most of the evening. I called down to the desk. They sent security up a couple times, but it didn’t stop the problem."
