"The room was very clean and spacious. I love the kitchen providing dishes and a large fridge with a freezer. There was not an ice bucket which was inconvenient in wanting to bring ice to the room. The staff were all very friendly. The pool was clean and temperature controlled. Breakfast was on paper plates which I did not care for but the options were nice. I also do not think because it is a weekend breakfast should start later. People who are leaving on Sunday mornings are not able to eat before leaving. But the checkout process and check-in process were both very smooth and easy. Also, this hotel is located in a really good central spot. If you are wanting to visit some of the downtown attractions, you can walk or there are tons of scooters to rent to ride. The hotel didn’t offer us information on the TRAX system, which I feel like they should be promoting that, but we discovered it anyways and utilized it to travel around the downtown area and to/from the airport. "

"Our bed smelled like someone hot coffee breathe and 100 layers of different old lady makeup. The door into the lobby was so loud every time someone came in the hallway it sounded like someone actively trying to break into our hotel door. Paper thin walls, person above us stomped around all night long while no one answered the front desk phone as there isn’t anyone there. 0/10"
