Has private entrance, off street parking for 1 vehicle. Across from park with plenty of space for running or walking. Shopping and freeway access are conveniently close. We do ask to keep in mind that this is the basement of our home. It is an older house built in 1964\. It does tend to moan and groan at times. We are happy to share the space in our home to travelers and try our best to be accommodating and quiet. The description of the basement apartment was accurate. Kitech was well furnished for our needs. I appreciated how quickly our Host replied to a few questions before we arrived and during our stay. The apartment is lovely. You can tell there is a lot of thought and energy put into making each person feel welcome. My girls and I had plenty of room to spend time together and also have alone time. The owner was responsive and helpful. Only problem was the noise (basement apartment), as a light sleeper I heard all squeaks in floorboards, dlushing, dog barkimg, etc. ##### Jessica J. We should have known better. I would suggest at least one grab bar be installed in the tub/shower and a tub mat. It was very slippery so bought a cheap one and left it there.
