Spacious, updated home for rent! With a total of 5 bed/3 bath, 2 kitchens and 2 separate entrances.
-Main floor: 3 bed/2 bath. The master ensuite has it's own private bathroom and walk-in closet with a spacious king bed. Enjoy a full kitchen (with basic cooking supplies and spices), coffee bar, dining room and numerous work spaces if you are in need of a mobile office.
-Basement floor: separate entrance, 2 bed/1 bath, living room, kitchen and laundry.
-Whole home can sleep 11 comfortably.
The space
Additional space includes a front patio (with a lovely view of the Wasatch Front Mountains), a fully fenced front yard, back yard and a second covered patio.
Guest access
Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views! This home is minutes from Fashion Place Mall, multiple hospitals (IHC, TOSH, St. Mark's) and countless restaurants. There is also quick freeway access to both downtown Salt Lake City and the canyons featuring Utah's greatest ski resorts! There is a large driveway with plenty of safe, off street parking. For those traveling without a car, a TRAX stop is relatively close as well.

The wifi is very strong and can accommodate your work or streaming needs!
