Located at the foot of the Avenues, it is a straight shot from the street in front of the building to Huntsmans. The neighborhood is interesting and very walkable, close to some nice restaurants and coffee places, and good for walking a dog. It is a safe area, but I would recommend paying for the reserved covered parking just to know your vehicle is secure and away from the elements. The rental itself is clean and has a great view of the Salt Lake cityscape and down valley. I really appreciated that the bedding and towels were unscented and the unit didn't have any fragrances. We didn't use the kitchen much this trip, but it was well stocked. The building is very quiet and there was very little outside city noise at night. We'd stay here again! ##### Sheryl N. Did not have a mountain view from the main living room as it was a few feet away from the church next door but still allowed plenty of light through the windows!
