If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the patio, away from the cabin. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A minimum of $500 will be charged if smoke remediation is required. 3\. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the main house renters and the neighbors by observing quiet hours. Also keep daytime noise to a minimum. 4\. SPA TUB: If using the spa's jets, do not add bubble suds, bath bombs, lotions, salts, detergents, or any foam-causing substances as they can damage the motor. (You may use these products without turning the jets on.) 5\. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on beds/furniture. Guests must provide their own pet bedding and clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning charges will apply for pet hair on linens or excessive cleaning required. 6\. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only on the property. The pictures are exactly what it is. The hostess was very informative and nice. Conveniently located next to lots of shopping, grocery and whatever you could need. Its at the end of a quiet road which makes it feel more your own place. From the jacuzzi tub, fireplace, modern kitchen and bathroom its just beautiful. The cottage is brand new, extremely well laid out, and exudes a charming and functional atmosphere. The shower is notably spacious, and the presence of a fireplace added a cozy touch to our stay. However, there were a few drawbacks. The combined washer/dryer didn't seem to be functioning properly, and we weren't provided with detergent, requiring us to purchase our own. The yard, though large, lacked privacy due to its proximity to the main home, which is also available for nightly rentals. This shared space led to some confusion among renters, as new arrivals mistakenly thought our cottage was the owners' residence, and knocked on our door at night with questions. It wasn’t clear in the description of this cottage or the main house that you are sharing a property, so close you can see in the windows, with other nightly renters. Additionally, discovering that the main house permits dogs affected the utility of the yard for us, as it unexpectedly transformed into a shared dog-friendly space. The neighbors along the fence had vocal dogs as well, limiting the usability of half the yard for our pets. In summary, if you don't mind the lack of privacy, this cottage offers a charming and well-designed retreat. Just be aware of the shared space dynamics and potential noise from neighboring dogs. ##### Katelyn H.
