They should change the bed sheets every day and they should have maintenance staff in the afternoon to open clogged toilet.

I am writing today to thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. Our principal goal is to provide dependable service to each guest.
Because our success is measured by how our guests evaluate our services and facilities, I want you to know that the comments and suggestions we receive are taken seriously. Your willingness to share your experience is genuinely appreciated.
We do have maintenance staff available during the afternoon’s 5 days a week. I apologize that this service was not provided for you, I will train with our staff members to make sure they are alerting the proper department to help with customer needs.
We are part of the “Going Green” project that can lead to more environmentally friendly and ecologically responsible decisions and help protect the environment and sustain its natural resources for current future generations. That being said, if guests would like to have their sheets changed daily, we are more than happy to provide that service. We provide “Going green” cards in the rooms, which when placed on the bed daily will insure that the sheets are changed. We take pride in our hotel and want to prevent problems like you experienced from reoccurring.
Again, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. There’s no excuse for anything less than complete guest satisfaction. That’s our goal.
