  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Perfect for remote workers, family vacations, friends weekend, or a couples getaway. Great base to start Utah adventure. Newly remodeled but still has a few vintage charms. The yard is fenced with plenty of space to hang out!

    10 Minutes to Salt Palace Convention Center
    10 Minutes to Downtown
    Within 40 minutes of 7 amazing ski resorts
    Within 15-20 minutes of hiking and mountain biking.

    Enjoy a good night's rest with Casper mattresses and plush pillows. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen mattresses. Two bedrooms downstairs with a king bed and a queen bed.
    Original hardwood floors upstairs and carpet in the basement.
    Family room/office desk with chair is where you will find the best place to get away and work from home.
    The kitchen is small but has all the basics.
    Both bathrooms have a shower and bathtub. One bathroom on each floor.
    The bathroom downstairs and laundry room are in the same space.
    The yard is very big. During the summer there is outdoor seating and a bbq grill
    The Ring Doorbell is located at the front door. Ring floodlight with camera is located above the garage. Both cameras are always on
