Family Apartment in Quiet Area
Modern 3-bedroom apartment tastefully decorated. It is located in one of the newest areas of Salou, within a beautiful residential complex with few neighbours, swimming pool, garden and parking. All services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets, are within walking distance, and every Monday you can visit Salou's market, which is set up 400 m away.
DISTRIBUTION:
With capacity for 6 people and 3 bedrooms, it is distributed into a living-dining room, terrace, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds and the third bedroom has a sofa bed for two people.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted. Accommodation exclusively for families.
- Air conditioning only in the living room (split unit).
- Optional parking with supplement and upon request.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Ideal for a holiday with children.

If you fancy having a good breakfast of churros, visit "La Xurreria" on Barcelona Street, which is only a 5-minute walk away. At 250 m, you'll find "La Teca de Salou", an excellent place for dishes and tapas to share.

La résidence est bien située, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Deux petits supermarchés se trouvent à 2 minutes à pied. Le quartier est calme. La résidence est très propre et sécurisée par clés et codes. L’appartement est au premier étage avec vue sur la piscine et la verdure.Nous avons été très bien accueillis lors de la récupération des clés. La personne a pris le temps de nous expliquer l’organisation, en français qui plus est (merci Michelle). A l’arrivée dans l’appartement, il faut contrôler que tout fonctionne correctement (volets, rideaux,…). En cas de problème, le service client est très réactif et propose immédiatement des solutions.Salou permet de se reposer en famille et profiter de la plage. Pour les personnes aimant faire beaucoup de visites, il faudra prendre la voiture et faire quelques kilomètres pour visiter Barcelone, Penelles, Siurana….

Bonito edificio en zona tranquila
No queríamos estar en la zona más turístico y nos recomendaron este apartamento en la zona del pueblo. El edificio es nuevo y teníamos todo lo necesario cerca. El apartamento muy bonito.
