Easter break

This penthouse apartment was lovely and spacious for a family of four. It had pretty much everything we needed for a week’s stay. A few areas could do with updating as are showing their age (in particular, the outdoor furniture and shower fittings), but this didn’t affect our holiday. The complex itself is clearly maintained to a high standard and was in a quiet location about a five-minute walk from the beach and nearest shops/restaurants. You need your own equipment if you plan to use the padel/tennis courts. As for location, there’s plenty of buses around but we enjoyed walking everywhere and then often picked up a taxi home. Salou is about a 40-minute walk if you take the most direct route, the coastal scenic path via Cap Salou is lovely and worth exploring but it was easy to get lost on it – we ended up heading back inland to refuel at a café before heading on to Salou centre. A note for English guests is that sometimes it was tricky to get by with just a little spoken Spanish so worth having a translation app at the ready on your phone.

Over priced compared to quality

Good location, poorly cleaned when we arrived (property manager informed) AC/heater didn’t work and it was not fixed during our stay. Sleep six but dining table is for four only. Furnitures looks like second hand stuff.

Estancia maravillosa en La Pineda

Ya estuvimos alojados en esta urbanización años atrás y nos enamoró su piscina y su pista de pádel, además de su cercanía a la playa y restaurantes del paseo de La Pineda, pero es que este ático es espectacular. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas, la cocina bien equipada, el comedor es enorme y la terraza una maravilla... ¡Deseando repetir! Por poner alguna pega, echamos en falta un tendedero más grande ya que el de la terraza de la cocina se queda algo pequeño. Nada que no se pueda solucionar con un simple sisi :) También añadiríamos un cubo de reciclaje para facilitarnos la separación de residuos y para acabar, estaría muy muy bien que las sillas de la terraza tuvieran cojines porque al ser de madera se hace un poco incómodo al estar mucho rato.

Esperabamos más.

Esperabamos un apartamento de 8 personas, no un 6+2 . La limpieza que encontramos deficiente ,y en época de Covid incluso denunciable (Migas en el sofa cama, grasa en la cocina falta y escaso menaje), falta de utensilios de cocina (colador, pinzas de cocina, minipimer..) incluso una ducha estropeada de lo cual ya eran conocedores y no nos avisaron y que no repararon en toda la semana que estuvimos . Perdimos un dia de vacaciones entre limpiar y desinfectar nosotros y luego atendiendo a la brigada que nos envio la inmobiliaria al dia siguiente. Cero informacion por parte de la inmobiliaria de como funcionaba el tema del padle , tenis, pinpong, .... a quien dirigirnos de la Comunidad para tema luces ... La verdad , sintiéndolo mucho no volveremos a contratar mas vacaciones a traves de ustedes. No nos han dado el servicio esperado .

Halloween holidays

Short family break to salou. Had some trouble arriving on time for keys with transfer and distance between office and complex, but upon arrival at the apartment we were all pleasantly surprised. Beautiful apartment and absolutely spotless. Lovely break
