Charming beach cottage just steps from the ocean

"We had an adult family of 5 and a dog. Our stay was late summer, and the weather was pleasant. It's great that we could bring our pup along and not have to board her. The path to the beach is right across the street. However the beach is loaded with rip currents, and I didn't see too many swimmers. It's an older home, with no A/C, but that was not relevant during our stay, and they had fans. Beds were comfortable. You're a very easy walk to the boardwalk area, and a drive of 10 minutes away from the cool little city of Newburyport. Had to buy a couple staples that they were out of, no big deal. We had a nice stay."

"A beautiful home with three levels of well appointed living space! There is plenty of sleeping area & living space. We could not have asked for anything more. It was VERY CLEAN & well maintained. Communication with the hosts was also amazing-especially since this was my 1st VRBO/AB&B. Rob & Amy were super accommodating. I would definitely lately stay here again."

"Graceland was amazing. It was everything and more! Lawrence was amazing and his communication was excellent. The house was clean, a one minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 min walk to the center. We had two families and it was perfect and easily could’ve had another family. Tons of beds, an amazing backyard and great commons areas. We will definitely be booking another stay as it was one of the best vacations we ever had. Thanks Lawrence!"
