Thank you. The major detractor was the spa/pool management. We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside lights came on and no matter what button we pushed, we couldn't get them off. this really spoiled the one team unity activity we plan - one of the major purposes of investing 14K in this meeting. The property grounds are beautiful and spacious. The host is very responsive and friendly. The only negative thing about this place is that the home does not have Air Conditioning. Temperatures were in the 80s and 90s during the day and it made being inside unbearable. At night, no matter how many doors and windows were open, it would not cool down.
