Lots of sunlight & outdoor areas to hang out. This luxurious & modern 4 bedroom home is the perfect location for your next retreat/vacation. With large common spaces, state of the art kitchen, and expansive outdoor amenities, this home was designed for entertaining. Located within 15 minutes of Carmel and Monterey. This property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a brilliant getaway. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living room with the indoor fireplace or enjoying the pool on a hot day, we think our place will help you experience everything the Monterey Bay has to offer. Dogs: if you are bringing a dog please let us know up front so we can go over some ground rules. Pool: heating both pool and spa is $200 per day. Heating just the spa is only $100 per day. 2 day minimum required. Max guest count is 8 guests at all times. If you plan on having additional guests over at anytime this is grounds for cancelling your reservation. CELL RECEPTION: There is no wireless cell phone coverage at the property because of the location. We have reliable wifi via Starlink throughout the property, pool area, and outbuildings. Please keep this in mind if it will be an issue for you. QUIET HOURS FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM. Please respect. \*\*\*Very important: regarding our property line, please do not walk onto area where horse trailers are or onto property to the right once you enter the gate. You may walk along the driveway which is a shared easement but not to the right or left of it.
