This modern and bright 1 bedroom apartment is ideally located between central Manchester and Salford. The interior has been tastefully decorated, featuring elegant furnishings and all the amenities required for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the city. You will be within easy reach of both Manchester city centre and Salford - The perfect city base!  
  
The Space:  
This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is set within a contemporary development, has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The spacious and bright open plan living area is comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart Tv with Catch up Tv Apps. The cosy bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also parking available for 1 car.

The Neighborhood:  
Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment.  
  
Getting Around:  
Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or bus journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.   
  
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.  
  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.  
  
 For security reasons:
