Need to drive 8 mins to get the key and no service counter at the apartment at all. So many rules and conditions which stated a lot of penalty if you do this and that and you must signed it so as to get the key and check in instruction. The worst part was there was no hair dryer provided!!! It stated in Hotels.com that hair dryer is included so I did not bring my own one and ended up buying a new one. The customer service has tried to see any spare but in vain. So, better bring you own next time. Anyway, you can cook in the apartment which saves you some money.
