Although the hotel is old, the rooms are really large and pretty and clean, and everything works well. Spring was blooming at the hotel gardens and it was quite a sight... highly reccomend. "

"We enjoyed being in the heart of the town for a few days. The hotel was convenient for the harbour and eateries as well as the old town up the hill. The room had a balcony overlooking the harbour which we enjoyed for afternoon relaxation. It feels busy at times with the hubbub of the harbour and passing people but it wasn’t noisy. But for a lovely spot to watch or listen to the world go by, it was perfect. The Alte Post next door was wonderful for food and the ice cream parlour below was great...
