Bedroom 5: Single (3ft) Bed, French Doors Leading To Juliet Balcony, (Accessed Via Bedroom 4). Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed, lawned garden with terrace, BBQ and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden (no handrail).. A charming, character cottage situated in an elevated position with roof top views to Snapes and South Pool. The property is comfortably furnished, well equipped and has a pretty, child friendly garden. There’s also a Juliet balcony but this is for decorative purposes only. There is off road parking for two cars and a local convenience store is a 2-minute walk away.

The WiFi needs sorting, it went off at 11pm and on Wednesday it went totally off and it said it wouldn’t be back on for 24hours. That was unacceptable for us, we booked it knowing there was WiFi. Plus it drastically needs new sofas, they were really uncomfortable and one was being propped up by books! There wasn’t enough seats for everyone unless you wanted hard wooden dining chairs, so that needs sorting. Other than that, it was a very well equipped house and in very good condition. Shops you need to keep going to Kingsbridge as Salcombe doesn’t have much for the average wallet! We can recommend the local butchers and the farm shop just outside the village.
