Friendly and helpful staff (We speak basic Japanese and sometimes had to use Google translate with staff). The free daily buffet breakfast was delicious and filling every morning. Clean rooms. Excellent locations from Shiki station. Let’s of places to eat in the area. Love the hotel. Rooms are clean and have the basic amenities. Recommends travelers just bring small carry on suitcases. We one one small carry on and one large suitcase.
