I easily heard noise from people outside and people inside throughout the day AND night. People were often talking and knocking on doors even after 01:00 am. The rooms do not have refrigerators, curtains, nor an actual mattress. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. I was scheduled to stay 2 weeks and not once was the room cleaned/sheets or towels changed.
