You will also have at your disposal, a bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and a separate toilet. The heating in the living room is provided by reversible air conditioning. In the bedrooms it is electric.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchair, and children's swing.
Baby equipment available: outdoor table and chair for children, a high chair, a travel cot, a potty, a bathtub, a changing mat.

For lovers of walks in the great outdoors, you can enjoy marked hiking trails in the surrounding area. You can also go tree climbing in Thenon, canoeing in Montignac and St Léon sur Vézère, tennis in Azerat. Swimming enthusiasts can cool off in a screen of greenery at the Azerat swimming pool (supervised) or at the Coucou pond in Hautefort.
