Lovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldn’t do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!

Beautiful resort with very nice staff. We slept soundly due to the quiet area and the comfortable bed. The shower is excellent and the bathroom looks like it’s updated as all the fixtures are of a high quality and nice design. We chose the breakfast option and it was delicious with a lot of choices. All the food was very fresh. You can even boil your own egg if you don’t want the scrambled eggs. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Stunning view

The view is amazing! The pool was heated so we could use it even by cloudy 20 degrees outside. The apartments are nice with a nice inside and outside table. To improve: They need to exchange the knifes to cut. They weren’t sharp at all. And the hygienic plastic bed sheet is a bad solution. It makes so sweat the whole night even the kids were complaining.

The location of the property overlooking the ocean is breathtaking. We enjoyed having our meals in the terrace while admiring the garden and the sea. Parking within the property was very convenient. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The food at the Illira restaurant is exquisite and I highly recommend it.

The room was barely bigger than the bed. No place to open a suitcase. We had to put the suitcases on the bed, get out what we needed and then close them up again.

Super endroit au calm

Silencieux, confortable, belle vue, super bien equipe (cuisine). Je suis restée une nuit avec une amie et deux nuits seules. J’ai prolonge sur le moment, avec l’aide de la reception, qui a gentiment garde le tarif que j’avais avant. Parking juste a cote. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur (a savoir pour ceux qui en ont besoin). Un tout petit detail, quand j’ai prolonge on ne m’a pas dit que je devais repasser a la reception pour mettre a jour mes clefs. Ma chambre etait a l’oppose de la reception. Un peu pénible lorsque je suis rentrée le soir avec mes course et mon diner….

今回で3回目の利用ですが、いつもスタッフが親切で気持ちの良いサービスを提供してくれます。 また、ホテルのレストランIluraの料理も大変おいしく、また海辺沿いにある場所もとても素敵です。 またぜひ行きたいホテルの一つです。

Nous pension réservée dans l’hôtel et nous avons était logé côté résidence Réservé aux familles Escalier sans ascenseur Et un équipement plus que simpliste Un frigo chaud Et un restaurant très éloigné de la chambre

La reserve Saint-Jean-de-Luz

3 dias muito bons no la reserve. Muito comfortavel, quartos muito calmos e insonorizados e com persianas, o que não permite a luz entrar. Pessoal muito simpatico e condições nas piscinas muito boas com muito espaço e cadeiras. Bom pequeno almoço mas com escolha ligeiramente limitada de charcutaria e queijos, bom como de opções quentes. O espaço do pequeno almoço, tanto dentro como fora é excelente

Le site est exceptionnel, la vue et la chambre également. Dommage d'avoir eu un lit en 190 de long (je fais 1.80, mes pieds dépassaient). La clim est un peu bruyante.
