Staff was very nice and helpful. Well situated. My room wasn’t the most clean. There were stains on the wall, one of my towel was stained too.. it wasn’t dramatic, the bedding was clean. just don’t expect a spotless room.

The hotel was a size that we liked. It had a quirky feel with its surfing theme and appealed to us even though we are well past our surfing days! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very spacious but the only negative was that we were not expecting the bedroom to be up a flight of stairs on a mezzanine. We would have preferred everything on one level. We were a little disappointed that bins were not emptied or dirty cups removed. On balance, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

For the price the location and rooms are good. The staff were all really helpful too and very friendly. It’s very good value for Biarritz I can definitely recommend it.

Room wasnt ready at 2pm check in. There was no peephole on room door. As a solo traveller I would like to see who is outside before I open door. Bar was combined with reception. Cleaners on walkie talkies early in morning.. room clean location excellent.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff was so accomodating and let me check in upon arrival, which was clutch since I took a red eye in that morning. The room was good size and clean. The room had AC but it also had a window that opened easily. I preferred the fresh air and only used the AC at night. Fasntastic location, a few minute walk to the beach. I’ll caveat that I wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast. I paid for it the first day but ate in town the subsequent days.

The moment we arrived, the lady on reception was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, and this level of service continued from all staff until we checked out. Great decor throughout the hotel and it was very conveniently located so we could walk to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again.
