During your stay, you'll enjoy a spacious wooded plot, garden furniture with a table and four chairs, four deckchairs, and a parasol. This 120 m² stone house, completely renovated, features a spacious veranda with a fireplace. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large dining/living room (sofa bed) with a television, fireplace, and a toilet. Fiber optic internet access is available. Upstairs, there's a master bedroom (one queen-size bed) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. Garage with washing machine and dryer accessible from the outside and from the kitchen via a staircase. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens are included in the price, along with a cleaning fee. For use of the sofa bed, a supplement of €25 per person will be charged. Gas heating is available at an additional cost. It's possible to taste the estate's wines and visit the owner's other vineyard in Fronsac.
