After quite a few visits to St Emillion we decided to splash out and treat ourselves and we’re not disappointed In anyway.

Wonderful wonderful place. The hosts Nathalie and Olivier was perfect. The room was spotless. The breakfast was wonderful and the chateau was beautiful. We will definitely return. ❤️

What a great place to stay in St Emilion. The hotel is towards the bottom of the old town ideally located for exploring. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed, including an iron. We really appreciated the gorgeous bath towels - full size, not the usual small French ones! The breakfast is probably the best one we’ve ever experienced in France with a choice of hot items cooked to order. I loved every minute of my time at Maison Pavlov. The owners and staff were personable, helpful and accommodating during my stay at this beautiful property. The building is impeccably decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast - especially the home made waffles - was delicious and the garden was a haven of relaxation. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I felt cosseted and cared for throughout and would return in a heartbeat.

Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will do next time we visit.

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. What a wonderful surprise and a great way to experience both the Chateau and the Relais. At the Relais you even get your own balcony to enjoy the sunset at night. There is a pool, a sauna and a gymnasium at your disposal. I would just make a small recommendation - try introducing a hot cooked breakfast and /or later night snacks/bar within the Relais complex. Otherwise, bliss.

Good service good location for meeting someone landing at the airport

This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Fantastic location, very quiet but close to the city centre. Most importantly, the best thing about this hotel is that AMAZING staffs, all of them are very helpful, friendly and speak fluent English, this hotel must be very proud to find these amazing staffs and I hope they will maintain this level of service. Great hotel with in walking distance to Bordeaux's attractions, restaurants & bars.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

I would give this six stars if I could. It was excellent in all areas. The staff were wonderful and treated us as individuals and welcome guests. The restaurant was marvellous as was the spa. The room was spacious and comfortable. An exceptional experience.

A very peaceful rural location but an easy 20 minutes drive from Bordeau airport. Our basic room was fine, but a little dark: I would go for a better room next time. We had a very good meal in the restaurant, but be aware that there is only a set menu, with no choice of dishes - whihch could be problemqatical!
