Welcome to our lovely new home (2023), measuring 50 m², located in the secure “Les Hauts de Saint Val” residential complex, a 3-minute walk from the Quai de Saint Valery /S. In the heart of the Baie de Somme, you’ll enjoy the terrace, the small garden, and the free parking space. Two bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet) and two bedrooms are at your disposal. Thanks to its large picture window, the living area (living room/kitchen) is bathed in light. There’s a work area in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen.<br><br>The property<br>New home (2023) with one storey. The home is located at the entrance to the residential complex. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living area and the first bathroom (shower) with one sink and one toilet. In the living area: a work area (with a high chair), a dining table for 4 people, the living room, and the fully equipped kitchen (appliances listed in the listing). From the main room, you can access the outdoor area (patio and small garden). Outdoor furniture is provided on the patio. <br><br>On the ground floor are the two bedrooms and the second bathroom (shower) with one sink and one toilet. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a double bed with pillows and a comforter, as well as a chest of drawers and a closet. The second bedroom features a pull-out bed and a chest of drawers.<br><br>Every window and bay window is equipped with electric roller shutters.<br><br>The parking space is located within the residence complex.<br><br>Guest access<br>Access to the secure and free car park is via 243 Rue Saint Pierre. Parking within the residence (1 space only). Entry and exit require a badge. Street parking is available (€24/day). There is only one free car park in Saint Valery, about a 2.5 km walk away. The path leading there runs along the Somme River. Paid parking is in effect throughout the town from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., except between noon and 2 p.m.<br>Additional notes<br>A signed inventory will be completed upon check-in and check-out.
